  1. I130 Family Based Green Card: The I-130 Family based Green Card application allows certain US citizens and US permanent resident aliens to sponsor qualifying family members for Green Card status. Qualifying relatives include spouses, children under age 21, parents of US citizens and siblings of US citizens.
  2. K1 Fiance(e) Visa: The K1 Visa is issued to a fiance(e) of a US citizen and enables the applicant to legally enter the US to marry the US citizen within the United States. Marriage must take place within 90 days of entry to the U.S.
  3. I-140 Employment-Based Green Card: The I140 petition is used by employers to sponsor qualifying foreign nationals for permanent resident (Green Card) status. This petition applies to members of the professions holding advanced degrees, outstanding professors or researchers, aliens possessing extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, business or athletics, multinational managers or executives and skilled workers.
  4. H-1B Visa: This visa allows US employers to sponsor foreign nationals for employment positions which require a bachelor’s degree level of education or higher. A combination of education and work experience may be used by the foreign national to establish equivalence to a US bachelor’s degree.
  5. H-2B Visa: This visa allows US employers to sponsor foreign nationals for temporary employment positions which are seasonal, agricultural, intermittent or peak-load in nature. Visas are usually only issued for up to 10 months at a time under this program.
  6. L1 Intra-Company Transferee Visa: This visa is used to sponsor managers, executives, or employees with specialized knowledge who have worked for at least 12 months abroad for a company with a US subsidiary or affiliate office.
  7. E1 Treaty Trader and E2 Treaty Investor Visa: These visas are issued to foreign nationals who are citizens of and resident in a country which has signed a treaty of friendship and commerce with the United States. The E1 is issued to individuals who work for or own companies which conduct substantial trade with the United States. The E2 is issued to individuals who work for or own companies which have made a substantial investment into a new or existing US enterprise.
  8. EB5 Investor Visa (Green Card): This immigrant visa category applies to investors who have made an investment of at least $500,000 USD in an approved “Regional Center” business, or who have invested at least $1 Million in a business which has created employment for at least 10 US citizens or permanent resident.
