Summit Immigration Consulting Group engages exclusively in the practice of UK, Canadian and American immigration law. Our lawyers and certified immigration consultants are based in all three locations however the head office is in Toronto, Canada. Ken Van Horne is the founding member of the Summit Immigration Consulting group and attained his law degree in the UK and relocated to Canada where he specialized in immigration law, procedures and consultancy. Other members of the consulting group are based in New York, India, China, and London, England. Our firm deals with all matters that are dealt with by the Adjudication Division, the Appeal Division and the Refugee Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board.
