Spouse
Spouses are partners who are married to each other.
Common-law Partners
Common-law partners have lived together continually for at least one year.
Conjugal Partners (Fiancées)
Conjugal partners are partners who are not married, have not yet lived together for one year, and are involved in an intimate and exclusive marriage-like relationship.
We will be glad to assess your qualifications for sponsoring your partner at no cost or obligation to you. We require that you kindly fill out our confidential Family Class (Spousal, Common-law, Conjugal partner) Assessment Forms which will be provided to you upon a consultation.
Our clients (the sponsors) live in every part of Canada, the UK and America and their partners (the applicants) have arrived from literally every country in the world. If you are in any of these areas we invite you to meet us in our offices, or provide us with all the information you need on any immigration matter and our consultants or lawyers will begin working for you right away.

Children
Dependant children are under the age of 22 at the time of application, or if over the age of 21 are in full time attendance at an accredited post-secondary educational institution both on the day of the application and on the date the Immigrant visa is issued. Our clients (the sponsors) live in every part of Canada, and their children have arrived from literally every country in the world.
Parents & Grandparents
Parents and grandparents may be sponsored if they are in good health, i.e. during medical examinations do not have any conditions that would be deemed as causing an excessive burden on the medical system. There are specific income guidelines set out by Canada Immigration that must be met. We will discuss options with you about the timelines of processing these special sponsorships, and options to have your loved ones visit and stay with you during the waiting period. We will be glad to assess your qualifications for sponsoring your parents or grandparents at no cost or obligation to you.
